Dear friend,

Nearly 50% of Puerto Rico’s population now lives in poverty, with almost 2,500 people experiencing homelessness on any given day. This is largely due to the Pandemic, earthquakes, and hurricanes in recent years. I am excited to announce I will be traveling overseas to Puerto Rico on a mission trip with Send Relief for 8 days this summer! I’ll be going with a team from my church, including my dad. To participate in this incredible opportunity, I’ll need your help!

We are going to Guaynabo, Puerto Rico to help with disaster relief, reconstruction, and to share the love of Jesus. We will rebuild and repair the damage from natural disasters and show the people of Puerto Rico they are not forgotten. At my church, Christ Fellowship Church, I am going through monthly training leading up to our departure on July 18. The classes cover things like culture, teambuilding, gospel presentations and much more.

I will get to participate in expanding the Kingdom, and I am also eager to see how God will shape my life through this experience. These trips are designed to give team members hands-on mission experience through training and discipleship with our team leaders to deepen our own walk with Jesus. I’m excited to learn more about God and myself through this cross-cultural experience.

I’m looking for partners to pray for me and financially support me. Would you consider joining my team?

To go, I must raise $1,300. This will cover flight, lodging, food, and ministry activities. To reach this goal, I’ll need gifts of $25, $50, $100 or even more. It’s important that all my funds are in by March 30th so my flight tickets can be purchased and to make other important preparations. Will you pray about giving a gift by March 30th?
